Economy Delivery – 2-3 days estimated

All orders with Economy Delivery will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class service for items which are suitable for this service. Larger or heavier items will be sent via MyHermes. All orders up to £35.00 will be charged a fixed £2.99 for Economy Delivery, orders over £35.00 will have Economy Delivery free of charge.

 Express Delivery – 1-2 days estimated

All orders will have the option for Express Delivery. If the Express Delivery option is chosen there will be a £9.99 charge including orders over £35.00. Express Delivery will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® or via next day courier service.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you’re not happy, we’ll give you your money back! You can return your order (unused and in original packaging) for any reason within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased.

Damaged or faulty goods
In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them in full (including the original postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:
Please call us on +44 (0)7983 640175 or email within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a RAN and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note

  • We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel.
  • Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel
  • be lost or delayed in the post.
  • If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will contact you for payment details.
  • If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.
  • We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
